NativeGemJewelry.com Refund Policy
We love our customers. For this reason we feel it's important to have a return policy that is fair and makes shopping headache free. If you receive your Nativegemjewelry.com order and aren't totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We just ask that the items you are returning are not “Sale” and must be unworn and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card-issuing bank.
We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. You can send items back to us at the address below:

If you received a gift purchased from our website, you may return it to our headquarters. A Nativegemjewelry.com store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items. We are unable to process returns for items purchased at retailers other than Nativegemjewelry.com.
You must include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code. If you do not have this information we're happy to help! You can email us at email@example.com, we'll need the gift givers full name or email address to search for the order information.
Returning items purchased with an E-Gift Card
If items that were purchased using a gift card are returned, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be automatically emailed to you. (See above for return instructions) If you have used two or more pay methods for a purchase and items are returned, the gift card will be refunded first followed by the additional pay method or methods. Please note: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Section Items
Items listed in the designated “SALE” section are FINAL sale items and do not qualify for returns.
We will be happy to honor price adjustments in the form of store credit for purchases made no more than ten days before a sale on our website.
