Native Gem jewelry is crafted to be worn and cherished. If your piece is ever in need of attention, our team is here to help restore it with the same care that went into creating it.

If your piece becomes damaged due to normal wear, we're here to help. Our team will review your repair request and determine the best solution to restore your jewelry whenever possible.

HOW TO REQUEST A REPAIR

Please email sales@nativegemjewelry.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Proof of purchase

Most repair inquiries receive a response within 2 business days.

REPAIR PROCESS

If your piece is eligible for repair, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Shipping instructions
  • An estimate of any applicable repair costs, if needed

REPAIR FEES

Repair costs vary depending on the type and extent of damage.

We always strive to offer repair solutions at the lowest possible cost and will provide an estimate before any work begins.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with repairs.

COMMON REPAIRS

We may be able to assist with:

  • Broken chains
  • Clasp replacement
  • Stone replacement (when available)
  • Ring resizing (select styles)
  • Professional cleaning and polishing

Repair availability varies by style and condition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Repair eligibility may be affected by normal wear, accidental damage, or prior work performed by a third party. While we do our very best to accommodate every request, Native Gem reserves the right to decline repairs that cannot be safely or properly completed.
