We don't provide prepaid return labels, so you may ship your return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a trackable and insured shipping method.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift purchased on our website, you many return it to us for a store credit.
A store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the item(s).

Please include:
✓ Original packing slip
✓ Order reference number
✓ Your email address

Need help? Email us at sales@nativegemjewerly.com with the gift giver's name or email and we'll gladly look up your order.

E-GIFT CARD PURCHASES

If items purchased with a gift card are returned, a new e-gift card for the amount of the return will be emailed to you.

If multiple payment methods were used, the gift card amount will be refunded first, followed by the remaining payment method(s).

Please note: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked "SALE" are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 10 days of your order, we'll gladly issue a store credit for the difference.

Price adjustments are issued in the form of a store credit.
