Every Native Gem order ships from our Manhattan Beach, California studio within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the journey.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

U.S. SHIPPING

Complimentary Shipping All U.S. orders of $150 or more ship free via USPS Priority Mail.

Standard Shipping Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $6.95 via USPS Priority Mail.

Expedited Shipping Need it sooner? UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing time.

International Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Available carriers include USPS International and UPS Worldwide services.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees as determined by your country's regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
